With Halloween on the horizon, there’s no better time for zombies to join the party. At New York Comic Con, Marvel Animation announced three new Marvel Zombies special offers are in preparation for Disney+, thus continuing the What if…? spin-off series which ran for four episodes in 2025.
And not only that, we know the titles – and therefore a clue on the subject – and the release windows too: “The Winter Soldier”, coming in 2027; “The Fist of Khonshu”, coming in 2028; and “The Last Guardian,” coming in 2029.
Even the fonts of the titles give you some clues. We know who the Winter Soldier is, but it’s clear we’re getting some Moon Knight action with “Khonshu,” and those are major ones. Guardians of the Galaxy vibrates with “Guardian”.
Starting Halloween 2027, Marvel Animation’s #MarvelZombies returns with all-new specials on Disney+:
