Amal and George Clooney enjoyed a night out in London for a good cause. On October 9, the couple attended the fifth annual Albies, an awards ceremony hosted by their namesake nonprofit, the Clooney Foundation for Justice.
Amal, 48, opted for an off-the-shoulder dress in liquid gold dripping with beaded fringe. The human rights lawyer accessorized with diamond-encrusted earrings, metallic pumps and a dazzling clutch. Her highlighted brunette tresses were styled in a side part with subtle waves, while her glam consisted of shimmery champagne eyeshadow, pink blush and a matte nude lip.

George, for his part, dressed in a black tuxedo, pairing his peak lapel jacket and pleated pants with patent leather shoes.
The Albies, named after anti-apartheid activist Judge Albie Sachs, honor those who “dedicated their lives to fighting for justice,” according to the Clooney Foundation website.
“This year’s Albie winners embody the values at the heart of our foundation. Through these awards, we want them – and everyone who advocates for justice around the world – to know that the world is watching and that they are not alone,” George, 65, and Amal said in a statement shared with WWD.

At Albies 2025, Amal wore a chocolate brown strapless dress with delicate draping and a floor-length train. Solid gold chandelier earrings, a stack of matching rings, a bronze clutch and clear pumps in the same brown shade punctuated her look.

Unlike the typical tuxedo, George wore a navy suit, adding a bow tie and a crisp white button-down shirt, along with black leather derby shoes.
Last month, the actor sang his wife’s praises while accepting the Golden Lion at the 2026 Venice International Film Festival. “I am grateful for the friendships I have made throughout my life,” he said. People. “I’m at a loss for words to describe how much I love my wife. How proud I am of her.”
George and Amal married in 2014 and welcomed twins Ella and Alexander three years later.
