We’ve added two sentences to the Claude Code prompt on Opus 5.5 to prevent it from recreating someone else’s specific game, because using Claude to infringe on intellectual property is against our usage policy.
Original games, genre games, and games created from your own designs and assets are intended to continue operating.
We will continue to iterate to ensure we find the right balance. In the meantime, if Claude refuses something that belongs to you, send it to me.
