The SEC leads the pack again with 10 ranked teams this week: Texas (1), Georgia (2), Alabama (7), Florida (8), Ole Miss (9), LSU (11), Mississippi State (16), Tennessee (17), Kentucky (24), Missouri (25).
The Big Ten has six ranked teams: Ohio State (5), Indiana (6), Iowa (14), Oregon (15), USC (18), UCLA (23).
The Big 12 has five ranked teams: BYU (10), Texas Tech (12), Utah (13), Oklahoma State (19), Houston (20).
The ACC now has just two ranked teams: Miami (4) and SMU (21).
Notre Dame (3) is independent.
And the Group of Six is represented for the first time this season, as Boise State of the Pac-12 debuted in the rankings at No. 22.
