Apple today launched a new version of its Apple Invites app for iPhone. The update leverages new features in iOS 27, including improved Photo Sharing and Image Playground features.
Here are Apple’s full release notes for today’s Apple Prompts update:
- Shared albums now support full resolution sharing, so you can relive every moment in stunning detail right in the app. Anyone, including users without an Apple device, can join and contribute.
- Image Playground now lets you create high-quality backgrounds in almost any style, including photorealistic, so your invitation captures exactly the mood you have in mind.
- Guests who need to verify their email address can now tap a link in their inbox instead of entering a code, making it even easier to access an event.
- This update contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
You can download Apple invitations from the App Store. The app requires an iCloud+ subscription to create invitations, but anyone can respond to invitations.
