Nearly two years after finalizing their divorce, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have reportedly reunited.
In late October 2026, sources said ALL RIGHT! that the couple “communicated regularly and provided each other with emotional support during a surprisingly difficult time in their lives.”
It’s not yet clear whether this “Bennifer” reunion will turn romantic for the third time. However, the source noted that the former couple has “an extraordinary history together, and it’s something neither of them can just erase because their marriage ended.”
“They have known each other through some of the most important moments of their adult lives, and there is a level of familiarity between them that would be difficult to replicate with anyone else,” the source continued. “For now, there is clearly still considerable mutual respect between them, and that may ultimately be more important than whether they become a couple again.”
The source added, “If they ever considered giving love another chance, they would have to approach it very differently. Neither would want to repeat the same cycle of intense public excitement followed by disappointment and separation. They would have to set much clearer boundaries around their private lives and decide whether their relationship expectations were truly compatible.”

This latest update on Lopez and Affleck comes amid rumors that the “On the Floor” singer is dating her office romance co-star, Brett Goldstein. The two were spotted at a party together in Los Angeles on Friday, October 16.
Things between them are reportedly informal, but insiders told Rob Shuter that Lopez is already “dreaming forever.”
“Jennifer is obsessed. She’s convinced Brett could be the right choice,” one told Shuter. Naughty but nice. “They’ve barely started dating, and she’s already planning their future. She’ll never learn!”
Other reports suggest that Lopez was actually getting cozy with Keith Urban. The two men would have contacted each other after their respective divorces.
An insider said RadarOnline that they have “confided in each other” and that they “really seem to trust each other and feel comfortable talking about their private situations and even their insecurities.”
The old American idol the judges have fueled romance rumors since appearing on the singing competition series. Lopez and Urban were extremely close during their time on the show, which reportedly upset Urban’s wife, Nicole Kidman. A source said Women’s Day that Lopez “was the only one who pissed off Nicole because their chemistry was off the charts.”
