An Arizona congressional candidate said Thursday that she was sexually assaulted while repairing campaign signs in her district in August.
Bernadette Greene-Placentia, a Democratic candidate in Arizona’s 8th Congressional District, said she was repairing signs in Sun City, Arizona, early on August 14 when two men attacked her from behind and sexually assaulted her in a parking lot.
