As Hurricane Nolo stalls near Hawaii’s Big Island, severe flooding likely

Hurricane Nolo is not moving. The center of the high-end Category 2 hurricane was located 145 miles south of the Big Island of Hawaii Saturday morning, with winds gusting to 105 mph. And he was parked.
