"We’ve done a lot of work in Broward County and North Miami," Donald said during an interview in Miami Beach in late September, referring to areas with large black populations. “We’ve been doing this work in Jacksonville very quietly. Most people didn’t even know we were doing it. We’ve been consistent on this because I want everyone’s votes in Florida.”
