“Big Brother” alum Amber Siyavus died Friday. She was 46 years old.
The cause and circumstances of the season 8 actor’s death remain unknown at this time, TMZ reported Monday.
Siyavus appeared on the CBS show in 2007.
At the time, Siyavus had earned the nickname “Whamber” due to his tearful moments around the house.
The Las Vegas resident, who bonded with fellow contestants Jameka Cameron and Dustin Erikstrup, ultimately placed seventh in the competition series.
She was the only houseguest to advance to the jury stage without winning the title of Head of Household or the power of veto.
Dick Donato won and his daughter, Daniele Donato, came in second place.
According to Siyavus’ Facebook account, she began working as a cocktail waitress at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas the year after her stint on reality television.
She made headlines in 2018 after tragically losing her 18-year-old daughter, Lexi Tomcavage.
The teenager died of an apparent suicide.
It is unclear whether Siyavus is survived by other children or a partner.
During her time on the show, she frequently spoke about Tomcavage and her experience as a single mother.
