Brady Booker asks if he was peeing near the ‘Survivor 51’ tribe’s camp
- Brady Booker talks about his Survivor 51 fall, and why his former tribemates turned against him.
- Brady reveals what happened to the piece of thumb he cut off.
- The first juror also responds to comments that he is a toxic presence in the game.
In the end, his Brodies hurt him.
Brady Booker was eliminated Survivor 51becoming the first member of the jury after a coalition of his former Toka tribemates and the original Savu players joined forces to eliminate the professional wrestler from the reality TV ring.
Brady was targeted after annoying players with his bold, brash and loud style. Jelly Loblack even said that he brought “a level of toxicity to this game that no one needs.” What does Brady think of such assessments? What went wrong between him and his former ally Mike Pinsky? And did he ever get back the piece of his thumb that he cut off?
We spoke to Juror Number One about all this and more, and all of you Brodies can now watch or read the entire interview below.
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: How surprised were you, or maybe not surprised, to see your name continue to appear on these scrolls?
RESERVER BRADY: You know, it’s like a drug when you see your name come out. When I looked at myself, my pupils became large and I could even feel my heart speeding up to the pace it felt at that moment. I felt like I was going to get some votes. There was a lot of chaos at the shelter before tribal council.
But no, I didn’t realize I was going to get so many votes. So you could definitely call it a blind side. I felt like it might get hairy, but it got almost Also hairy, dog, and hair has been shaved. So we will call it burned, suffocated. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. It was as if a lightning bolt had gone off. And it was an out-of-body experience watching me walk down that aisle, looking at big Brody, Jeff. And damn, man, he’s as handsome up close and in person as they say. So at least I got to see something awesome before I got out of there.
Tell me about that conversation we saw with Mike sitting in the shelter where you confronted him about revealing the plan to Kristin, because it seemed great clumsy?
You know, Brody, I wrestle professionally and have played high caliber sports at a high level. There’s a lot of intensity and you have some uncomfortable conversations. Mike at the tribe swap for this Toka 2.0 was down there, but him and me and Carter, they flashed on a little thing where the Brodies were getting together to talk sports, play ball, do all that. And me and Carter will keep Mike posted. The girls were picking on Mike all the time and we were just giving him information and saying, “Hey, you know, keep trying to do stuff like that.” Often, Mike had no information.
We didn’t blame him because I know it’s hard, but he never came back with anything. This is where the frustration arose. I was giving him the most information on that beach just because there were certain things that I talked about with Mike, there were emotional things that he shared that I really appreciated and identified with.
And damn, man – baseball, sports, getting involved in that. I mean, you might not have guys like me in the office, but you understand guys like me in the field, you know what I mean? So I thought maybe there would be a little more understanding, but in that conversation I let him know to cut ties, but if you have something on your chest, say it like a man.
He stuck to his guns, stuck to, I guess, lying to my face, and ended up outliving me. Good for him, you know? I think I saw something, he said, “That’s not my first Brodeo.” I’m glad I was able to give this guy a personality.

What is your relationship with Mike now?
Oh, I mean, that’s the problem, Brodies. Everything is professional. It’s television, it’s entertainment. We have real emotions there. It’s all real, but I understand what Mike was doing. I understand his point of view. I understand how he can see me as a hawk like that. But, Brody, I’m just trying to keep my place. Sometimes I’m at two and people might think I’m at eight, dog. I can’t help it, you know? It’s just the way I’m wired.
But yes, it was an exciting moment. I thought that maybe I had given him the opportunity to stand back a little and let me know what he was thinking. And that would have been exciting, but I just think I might have made people a little nervous doing that, Brody. I don’t know.

Jelly said you brought “a level of toxicity to this game that no one needs.” What do you think of these comments?
I mean, Jelly was so bitter with me, and I don’t really understand why. She was really upset after Patt’s vote and I was talked about wildly, and she and Patt were pretty close. And there was some unshown stuff where me and Jelly and Kilby would kind of go off and then me and Jelly would have walks and conversations. I thought I was going somewhere with her when, you know, it was kind of like a death situation.
In fact, they never thought about working with me. They were still thinking about using the big idiot jock. They bought it right away. I should have played them with it, and that was the plan. But once Kilby started talking, I thought he was talking too bad about me, that I was being duped by them, when in reality it was the other side. So, Brody, I was becoming a survivor everywhere.
But Jelly had a stance against me, and I guess you could say that’s understandable. Do you want to talk about toxicity? Yeah, I’m responsive, Brody. Yeah, I’m passionate. Yes, I show my emotions in a way that many people don’t. But I think that’s what makes me unique. This is life for me. I lived a completely different life than many of these people. I struggle professionally for a living. I walk into a locker room with a group of Brodies. We talk about what we were lifting that day, who eats chicken and rice, who has beef, who takes the suplex over the top rope. “Oh, it’s going to be terrible!”
So for me, even going there with a sociology professor, and even being able to have these conversations, even if she doesn’t want to, I mean, I felt like I had done my job. For her to take it that way – I’m sorry she did – but that’s kind of on her. In no way did I ever mean toxicity for any of the Brodies. I have been very professional since the end of the match, with no hard feelings towards them. Say what you want to say. Unfortunately, for them, there’s nothing they can say that hasn’t already been said in the promo, bro.

I can’t believe I’m asking you this, but there was footage in last night’s episode that made it look like you were peeing on a tree near the tribe’s camp? Was that what was happening?
Look, yo, I had to drain the main vein, Brody. And I was alone, dog. I was kind of in a little corner. I wanted to go fishing. They didn’t show any of that. I fart with the little fishing tool because I haven’t had that type in all this time. And when they were talking about votes, there was about 15 minutes where I was like, “Come on, let’s go fishing.” »
So I guess you could say that at that point I was a little bit alone thinking about, maybe, going fishing, so I didn’t know that I was being recorded peeing there. Well done to the Brodies, you know, no hard feelings about that. I have exclusive images that I don’t think anyone has had access to Survivor in I don’t know how long, brother.
Isn’t there usually a designated place to go to the bathroom? How did that work out with your tribe and were you outside of that designated area?I
It was a little far away, and you want to be able to see the camp when people are still talking and stuff to see if anything has taken off a little bit. And I thought, you know, let’s be gross dudes for a minute. Myself. Not you, you’re beautiful, brother. You’re probably so clean, but, in college, when you had the Brodies in the football house, you want to save money on water. First, you can kind of let this guy hang around. Second, you need to get rid of it.
So, Coconut Grove, I thought you should bury this guy. A little number one in the corner, that doesn’t bother anyone, I keep all that to myself. I’m a pretty wide guy (which prevents people from seeing), you know? But yeah, I took the opportunity to, I guess, mark my territory on Savu Beach. I was still learning it, Brody. It was my second day.

What’s wrong with your thumb now?
Brody, the number of people who have asked about it on the go is ungodly. But secondly, the number of people I’ve met who have also cut their fingertips and had similar experiences (is wild). I mean, hell, at a Brice and Wendell watch party, I pulled a Brody who 30 minutes before in the raffle told me he had cut off his little finger, was showing me pictures, and then I ended up pulling him. So I think we might be related. I don’t know.
There’s a brotherhood and brotherhood of Brodies who all get together with their fingers cut off. Me personally, brother? This guy pushed back. I mean, I’ll post a picture of the song itself, you know what I mean? And I still look at it today and think, “Oh my God, it grew back! Am I amphibious? Does everyone do that?” I don’t know, man. So it’s great. I just had a little numbness at the end.
What happened to the piece the doctors took away? Where is it now?
We can’t just cross international borders with human flesh. Something had to be done with it. And they…
