The husband and wife behind a luxury California clothing brand were found shot dead outside their hillside home, as relatives reportedly revealed disturbing details about the days leading up to their deaths.
Oakland police confirmed to Fox News Digital that Bryan Walker and Michelle Min were the two people found dead Oct. 2 in the 400 block of Panoramic Way. The couple founded Bryn Walker, a luxury women’s clothing company.
Min’s brother, Paul Min, told the Los Angeles Times that he believed Walker fatally shot his sister before turning the gun on himself. Police have not confirmed this account.
“This is an active and ongoing investigation. No additional details are being provided at this time,” Oakland police told Fox News Digital.

Paul Min has described a worrying decline in his brother-in-law after he allegedly lost millions of dollars in risky financial ventures, according to the media outlet.
He called Walker “the most honest, responsible and hard-working man you’ve ever known” and struggled to reconcile the alleged abuse with the man he knew and loved for nearly four decades, the outlet reported.

Min said he and his sister agreed that Walker needed psychiatric help after Walker allegedly suggested that the three “end things.”
Michelle Min planned to have her husband admitted for psychiatric treatment the day of the shooting, her brother told the outlet.

Police have not confirmed the family’s claims about Walker’s mental health, financial losses or a possible motive.
Berkeley officers responded to Panoramic Way shortly after 10:30 a.m. Friday and found a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds, KTLA reported. Officers attempted life-saving efforts until paramedics arrived, but the couple were pronounced dead at the scene.
Oakland police, the lead investigating agency, recovered a gun and have not ruled out a murder-suicide or determined who fired the weapon, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The couple met in Kansas in the 1980s before following Min’s parents to California and eventually starting their clothing company in Berkeley, according to the LA Times.
Bryn Walker has been based in Berkeley since 1992 and designs and produces its clothing in the San Francisco Bay Area, according to the company’s website. The brand claims to operate six directly owned stores and supply around 1,000 boutiques nationwide.
Its store directory lists two locations in Berkeley and one store in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts, on Martha’s Vineyard.
