Chappell Roan looks so different with bold new hair in a latex dress

Chappell Roan just made a bold return to the red carpet and, of course, she presented a serious look for the occasion. Perhaps the most striking thing? Her brand new hair.

Roan appeared at National PrEP Day on October 1. Instead of her mane of dark red curls, Roan opted for something a little more edgy, with long, straight pink hair with bright blonde highlights, forming a striped look. Her new hair also featured a bold set of choppy microbangs.

As for her look, it matched her hair perfectly. She opted for a bold latex mini dress from Vex Latex x Christian Cowan SS26, which featured a strapless design with burgundy and yellow horizontal stripes. Matching gloves reached well past her elbows, while she also wore dark red latex stockings that went almost up to her mini skirt, maintaining the striped illusion.

She added some color to the look with abstract multi-colored eyeshadow with different shades of blue.

Roan’s latest hair transformation comes after she ditched her long locks for another recent appearance. For a headliner at Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Festival on Aug. 29, she wore a blunt red bob with microbangs. Once again, she matched her hair to her outfit, wearing a lavender ensemble inspired by the iconic flight attendants from the 1997 cult classic. The fifth element.
