The Cook Political Report, the nonpartisan election prognosticator, moved 18 more House seats in favor of Democrats on Friday.

Two seats in Iowa – held by Republican Reps. Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Zach Nunn – and two seats in Pennsylvania, held by Republican Reps. Ryan Mackenzie and Scott Perry, went from being “toss-up” to being “lean Democratic.” Additionally, Democratic Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s race in Washington state has gone from random to lean Democratic.
