The 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards will take place on Friday, October 30. But they don’t take place during the day and they aren’t broadcast on traditional television.
For a second year in a row, the celebration of the best daytime soap operas, talk shows and news will be available only through the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences organizer’s YouTube page.
Most recently, the Daytime Emmys aired on CBS from 2020 to 2024.
As for today’s ceremony, which will take place at the Hollywood Palladium, the live stream will feature the red carpet pre-show starting at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET, and the ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.
