Democrats file suit over Pentagon changes to voting forms for Americans abroad

Democrats filed a lawsuit Thursday against the Trump administration’s recent use of an emergency measure to make changes to the federal voter registration form used by U.S. military personnel overseas and citizens residing outside the country, arguing it is an attempt to disenfranchise eligible U.S. voters.
