The Federal Aviation Administration announced Monday that it has proposed a $351,000 fine against a private charter company for alleged unauthorized flights.
The civil penalty was proposed against Creamer Pilot Services of Fayetteville, Arkansas, according to the FAA, which accused the company of “conducting unauthorized passenger transportation operations.”
Creamer Pilot Services, which does business as Jett Aircraft, allegedly conducted 31 passenger flights using three aircraft that were not in its operating specifications, according to the FAA.

The agency said the violations occurred on different dates between October 2021 and July 2022.
The FAA also alleges that Creamer Pilot Services conducted six passenger flights on two aircraft that were in its operating specifications but traveled outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states when the company was not authorized to operate those flights.
These violations occurred between April 2022 and November 2022, the FAA said.

The FAA alleges that the 37 violations were committed by Creamer Pilot Services “knowingly, negligently, and recklessly.”
FOX Business has contacted the company for comment.
Jett Aircraft was founded in 2011, according to the company’s website, while Creamer Pilot Services began operating charter flights under an FAA Part 135 air carrier certificate in 2018.
