Father who killed Oregon school shooter is haunted by those he couldn’t save

Kaylub Giamanco, a 36-year-old carpenter and father of two, was hailed as a hero when he fatally shot a teenage gunman during a shooting at his children’s elementary school in Bend, Oregon.

Three children and a teacher were killed last Thursday, but the situation could have been much worse.
