Former FBI officials accused of lying to Congress about Hunter Biden laptop investigation

The Justice Department on Friday charged two former FBI officials with making false statements to Congress that obstructed a Republican-led House committee as it investigated Hunter, President Joe Biden’s son, in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election.
