Halle Berry was spotted with her son, Maceo, this weekend, a few days after being accused of child abuse by her ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
The actress and her fiancé, Van Hunt, took the 12-year-old to Sky Zone in Los Angeles on Sunday, in photos obtained by Page Six.
The trio, along with the preteen’s friends, also shopped at Best Buy.
The “Catwoman” star, 60, wore a black camisole, green cargo pants and a cream fedora for the sunny excursion. Hunt, 56, and Maceo also cut relaxed silhouettes in graphic tees.
The outing comes in the wake of Berry’s ex-wife accusing her of jumping on their child, putting her hands around his neck and choking him on September 26.
His restraining order filing included text message exchanges between Maceo and his father in which the teen begged to “please” be picked up from Berry’s home — and Martinez claimed Maceo later told him about the alleged altercation with his mother.
Berry, in her own message, wrote to Martinez that she felt “terrible” about the “fight” with her son, which allegedly took place over Maceo playing a virtual reality game.
In addition to the “abusive conduct” allegations, Martinez claimed her ex had a “drinking problem” and made racially charged statements to Maceo about him.
The actor argued for sole custody in the filing instead of the former couple’s previous 50/50 agreement — and that request was temporarily granted.
Berry was ordered to attend court-ordered visitations two days a week and every other weekend until their next hearing on October 16.
The Golden Globe winner denied her ex-partner’s “scandalous” claims through her lawyer, Marina Beck, last week, with her lawyer pointing out Martinez’s “erratic, possessive and violent behavior” over the years.
The statement read: “There is ample evidence, including numerous court decisions, that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry’s minor son, Maceo – a misconduct for which Mr. Martinez has already been legally sanctioned.
“While she is deeply saddened, she will not allow this to deter her from fighting for Maceo’s best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs,” Beck concluded.
Berry, who is also mother to daughter Nahla, 18, with ex Gabriel Aubry, was married to Martinez between 2013 and 2016.
Their contentious custody battle was settled in August 2023.
Berry filed for primary custody in 2024, alleging at the time that she had spent $200,000 in her attempts to co-parent with her ex, accusing him of “refusing” to engage with her amicably.
The former pageant queen’s relationship with Hunt, which began in 2020, is her first public romance since her split from Martinez.
Hunt got down on one knee in 2025 – but Berry only accepted the singer’s proposal earlier this year.
