Heidi Klum keeps fans guessing by sharing a glimpse of her grotesque Halloween costume for the 2026 edition of her annual party.
The 53-year-old model, known for her unwavering commitment to spooky season, revealed a sneak peek of her outfit this year with what appears to be a close-up image of textured, flesh-like prosthetic makeup.
“What is my costume?” » Klum captioned her Instagram post. “One week left… #HeidiHalloween.”
The image – not recommended for those who are squeamish – is a close-up of several prosthetic creations that vaguely resemble human organs, although some fans have compared it to marine organisms.
“Sea urchins or sea cucumbers or Ursula de The Little Mermaid,“, one fan guessed.
Another suggested it could be a Clicker, which is the third stage of the Cordyceps fungal infection in the Supernatural series. The last of us.
“They look like organs,” one fan remarked, while another said: “Something underwater.”
Others have suggested that it could be a reference to The bottombody horror in which Demi Moore’s character undergoes a grotesque physical transformation.
“I don’t know but I’m already gagging,” one fan concluded.
Klum didn’t give many clues about her costume while preparing for the event, but promised Parade in September that it would be “bloody”.
Last year, Klum accelerated her transformation into Medusa, with green, scaly prosthetics on her body and face, culminating in a long tail. She wore scary fangs, green contact lenses, and a helmet with snakes in her hair.
Musician Tom Kaulitz, who is Klum’s husband, completed the couple’s costume by dressing as a man turned to stone by Medusa’s gaze.
Every year, Klum becomes more creative. In 2024, she enlisted several Cirque du Soleil performers to pose as the tail feathers of her impressive peacock costume.
Among Klum’s most iconic costumes is that of Steven Spielberg. AND and, perhaps most famously, a giant worm outfit that became a social media sensation.
She said Parade which some of her favorite outfits included when she transformed into a much older character.
“It’s a lot of fun. I became someone who was about 90 years old,” she said. “I also loved being an alien. I was really some kind of robot alien. I was red with purple hair and I was on stilts, so I was very tall.”
The model has been hosting her annual party, colloquially called “Heidiween,” in New York since 2000.
