Hargitay first teased Brunson’s appearance on “TODAY” in August.
“Don’t tell anyone, but we have some things in the works,” Hargitay whispered to “TODAY” anchor Savannah Guthrie.
Hargitay and Brunson are close friends and the actress, a die-hard Knicks fan, is a mainstay on Celebrity Row.
