
Hurricane Isaias: Tracking Changes to College Football Schedule
Hurricane Isaias is currently a Category 3 storm and is expected to make landfall somewhere between Alabama and the Florida Panhandle late Friday night or early Saturday. Due to the potential effects of the storm, Week 6 college football schedule games have been postponed or rescheduled.
Below are FBS and FCS college football games that have had dates, kickoff times, and/or locations changed, or canceled due to Hurricane Isaias. New information will be released as it is announced.
Florida A&M at Alabama State
Florida A&M–The Alabama State football game in Montgomery, Alabama on Saturday, October 10 has been moved up one day to Friday, October 9. The match will be broadcast live on SWAC TV at 12 p.m. ET/11 a.m. CT.
Northeast State of West Florida
The Northeast State-West Florida football game in Pensacola, Fla., on Saturday, Oct. 10, has been canceled. The game was a non-conference contest and likely will not be postponed.
South Carolina State at Charleston Southern
The South Carolina State-Charleston Southern football game in North Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday, October 10, has been moved up six hours and will now begin at noon ET on ESPN+.
Davidson at Presbyterian
The Davidson-Presbyterian football game in Clinton, South Carolina, on Saturday, October 10, has been moved up 5.5 hours and will now begin at noon ET on ESPN+.
ETSU at the Citadel
The ETSU-The Citadel football game in Charleston, South Carolina, on Saturday, October 10, has been moved up two hours and will now begin at noon ET on Nexstar and ESPN+.
Rice in East Carolina
The Rice-East Carolina football game in Greenville, North Carolina, on Saturday, October 10, has been moved up three hours and will now begin at 1 p.m. ET/noon CT on Nexstar and ESPN+.
Bethune-Cookman at Alabama A&M
The Bethune-Cookman football game against Alabama A&M in Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday, October 10, has been moved up six hours and will now begin at 1 p.m. ET/noon CT on SWAC TV.

Two additional football games scheduled in the Gulf Coast and Carolinas region on Saturday, October 10 could be affected by Hurricane Isaias. More importantly, Alabama is scheduled to host Georgia in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and the game is still scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
