Inside Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s private life with Jason Statham and her children
That was the goal when she and Statham moved across the pond in 2020 after years in Los Angeles.
“It was always part of the plan to raise the kids here,” the mother of two told Sunday time in 2025. “We love the schools, the education. They’re growing up British with their little British accent, which was important to us, and we have a great support system here. Jay’s parents live around the corner and see the kids most of the time, my family comes to visit every six or eight weeks, and in the summer we go down to Devon and our kids have the same farm racing experiences that I had growing up, and it’s very special.”
After all, one of the reasons Huntington-Whiteley and Huntington-Whiteley returned to the UK was so he could stay near their family while filming films in London.
“He goes to work and comes home at the end of the day, which is pretty special for someone in his line of work,” she continued. “Jason is a very hands-on, hands-on father and a very supportive partner.”
Calling him “the human playground because he constantly has the kids on his back, rolling around,” Huntington-Whiteley added, “He’s so playful. This man has insane energy, it’s boundless. He’s a big kid himself, but also an optimistic reinforcement and positive influence on them, and incredibly attentive and loving and capable. I feel lucky to be at work today and he’s with them and I don’t have to call him and give him a list of things to do and remind him of this and that. And the children love it.
