‘It feels like a betrayal’: Taylor Swift reportedly ‘furious’ over leaked wedding photos

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went to great lengths to keep details of their July wedding at Madison Square Garden private. But some of those details still slipped out, and it seems Swift isn’t happy about it.

According to a new report, Swift was “furious” after photos from inside the wedding were published in recent days. Insiders also claim that the leak, combined with concerns about how the lavish event will look to fans, means official photos from the big day may never be released.

Wedding details leaked

Swift and Kelce tied the knot on July 3 in front of a star-studded crowd at MSG, which was transformed into a forest paradise for the occasion. The couple kept most of the details under wraps for months, but the Daily Mail recently obtained photos and renderings of the event.

These renderings showed how elaborate the setup was, although the couple should have revisited a few ideas, including a $7 million, two-story carousel.

A source also told the Daily Mail this week that all of the wedding decor was bagged and burned afterwards so that nothing ended up in the hands of fans or dealers. The report sparked much outrage, with critics calling the move wasteful and highlighting the environmental impact.

“Taylor was furious”

Now, sources tell Rob Shuter Naughty but nice that Swift was furious when she saw the leaked footage, especially since guests and workers had signed nondisclosure agreements.

“Taylor was furious because it was supposed to be a private, tightly controlled celebration,” a source said, according to Shuter. “Everyone was told to shut up, and the NDAs were there for a reason. She didn’t expect these images to be released.”

“When you go to extraordinary lengths to protect your privacy, a leak like this feels like a betrayal,” another source said. “It makes you question who you can trust and whether something can really be kept private.”

Swift hasn’t publicly commented on the leaked photos, but it makes sense that she’s not happy about them.
