Congratulations to Jim Carrey, who reportedly tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah. This is particularly exciting news for those of us who didn’t even know Carrey had a longtime girlfriend.
TMZ was the first to report that Carrey and Min Ah recently tied the knot in a private ceremony in Los Angeles. They first made their relationship public at the César ceremony in February, when Carrey thanked his “sublime companion, Min Ah” by accepting the honorary César. “I love you, Min Ah,” he said in French. If the Caesars were the couple’s first public outing, they were photographed together as early as 2022.
Carrey has been married twice before. He and his first wife, Melissa Womer, with whom he shares a daughter, divorced in 1995. After that, he was briefly married to his Stupid and dumber his co-star, Lauren Holly, but they also divorced in 1997. Of all of Carrey’s relationships, the least is known about Min Ah — and something tells me it’s going to stay that way.
