Tyler Huntley, who played the second half against the Titans in place of Jackson, was joined on the practice field by third-string rookie quarterback Joe Fagnano.
Other Ravens not participating at the start of practice included cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf), left tackle Ronnie Stanley (toe), wide receivers Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman, outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger), defensive lineman Calais Campbell and guard Andrew Vorhees (foot).
Hendrickson, who had finger surgery last week and missed the Titans game, was practicing on an adjacent field. Campbell, 40, took Wednesday off from practice.
