
Madden Simulation Week 4: Chiefs visit Arrowhead West to play Raiders
The Kansas City Chiefs (3-0) are on the road at Arrowhead West on Sunday, taking on the Las Vegas Raiders (3-0). Let’s see how the game plays out Madden NFL 27.

The Las Vegas Raiders managed to pick up a first down on the ground with Ashton Jeanty, but consecutive tackles for loss and a delay of game penalty forced the Raiders to punt.
The Kansas City Chiefs’ first play was a 44-yard pass to Tyquan Thornton to instantly turn the field around. Thornton then caught another pass over the middle for 24 yards.
On fourth-and-3 from the Raiders’ five-yard line, Patrick Mahomes dropped back and found Travis Kelce on a short route back into the end zone for a touchdown.
The Raiders immediately went back to Jeanty, who broke off a 21-yard run before catching a 15-yard pass on a Texas route, hitting Nick Bolton along the way.
End of first quarter: Chiefs 7, Raiders 0
Kicker Matt Gay made a field goal to open the quarter.
The Chiefs began winning first downs in chunks with a 15-yard run by Kenneth Walker, a 15-yard catch by Xavier Worthy and a 13-yard catch by Travis Kelce. On third-and-eight, Tonka Hemingway hit Mahomes for a sack, ending the drive, and Harrison Butker connected on a field goal.
The Raiders went three-and-out and sacked the Chiefs.
On third down, Mahomes hit Kenneth Walker on a corner for 26 yards for a first down. The next play, Mahomes connected with Worthy on a slant, and Worthy burned the man-covered defender for a 42-yard touchdown.
The Raiders picked up a first down, but the drive ended on a Nick Bolton sack, forcing the Raiders back to the Chiefs with less than a minute remaining.
End of second quarter: Chiefs 17, Raiders 3
Maxx Crosby sacked Mahomes on third down to force a Chiefs punt.
Chris Jones ran through the middle untouched and sacked Kirk Cousins on third down, meaning AJ Cole trotted to the punt. The Raiders had just 84 total yards with five minutes left in the third quarter.
Worthy caught his second touchdown pass of the afternoon on a seven-yard slant route. The Chiefs now led by three possessions.
End of third quarter: Chiefs 24, Raiders 3
Brock Bowers finally showed up with a 24-yard catch to bring the Raiders to the Chiefs 44-yard line. A Khyiris Tonga sack pushed the Raiders out of field goal range, and to add insult to injury, Chris Jones sacked Cousins on the next play.
The Raiders turned the ball over on downs.
The Chiefs came back on the Raiders.
On fourth down, Cousins tucked the ball away and ran 26 yards to convert a first down. A screen pass to Jeanty brought the Raiders to the Chiefs 20-yard line.
Chris Jones sacked Cousins and George Karlaftis recovered the fumble.
A 37-yard route connection between Mahomes and Walker put the Chiefs in the red zone. Emmett Johnson finished the drive with a six-yard touchdown run.
End of fourth quarter: Chiefs 31, Raiders 3
