
Memorial motorcycle ride ends in crash on I-84, injuring about 15 people
CALDWELL, Idaho — About 15 people are hospitalized after a memorial run ended in a major crash on I-84 in Caldwell.
According to a news release from the Idaho State Police, the crash happened around noon Saturday near mile marker 28.
A group of motorcycles was heading west for a memorial ride when an accident occurred involving 7 vehicles and 25 motorcycles. About 15 people were transported to local hospitals by helicopter, ambulance and personal vehicles.

The condition of those involved has not been released.
Police say the highway was closed for hours while crews cleared the scene, and those lanes have since reopened.
A photo taken by Code Red Towing shows several motorcycles at the scene of the accident, with several agencies present.
Idaho State Police are investigating the crash.
