Meta Launches $35 Billion Stock Offering to Fund AI Expansion

Oct 26 (Reuters) – Meta launched public offerings of about $35 billion of common stock and convertible preferred stock on Monday, as Facebook’s parent company seeks to finance its costly AI expansion.
