Mia Goth files for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after a decade of marriage
Mia Gothic has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after 10 years of marriage, Page Six can confirm.
The “Pearl” actress filed the documents Tuesday evening, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The 32-year-old also listed their separation date as July 28, 2025.
Goth is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, according to documents obtained by Page Six.
She also requested that neither she nor the actor receive alimony.
TMZ was the first to report the news.
In February, Page Six exclusively reported that the former couple had been separated for almost a year, but had kept the split under wraps.
At the time, a source told us that the “Transformers” star moved to New Orleans after the breakup to be closer to family.
That same month, LaBeouf, 40, was arrested after getting involved in a drunken fight during Mardi Gras.
In March, he opened up about his split from Goth, admitting he “failed” his marriage.
“We were deeply unhappy,” the former Disney Channel star confessed on “Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan.”
“I made a lot of mistakes early on, before I was trying to have a baby. I had violated trust in a very big way.”
The ‘Holes’ star admitted their problems were “impossible” to solve and they didn’t want to “be unhappy with a baby.”
However, LaBeouf had nothing but good things to say about his ex.
“She’s a good girl,” he exclaimed. “She’s one of the best girls who ever lived. She’s amazing, that woman. Amazing…all the time. 10 out of 10.”
He continued, “We’re in a good situation. I mean, it’s nothing new. … We’ve been here for a while, we’re trying to figure out co-parenting, and we’re doing well. Even through all of this, she’s giving me grace.”
LaBeouf and Goth – who met on the set of his first big screen film “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II” – have been a couple since 2012.
They married in 2016 and separated two years later – only to reconcile in 2020 and welcome Isabel in 2022.
