Just in time, another batch of PS Plus Essential games have been added to Sony’s service, which you can claim and keep for as long as you remain a member.
The October 2026 lineup includes simulation racing, acclaimed multiplayer action, and unorthodox voxel-based shooters – an eclectic mix to say the least.
As a reminder, here is what is on offer this month:
Note that these games are now available in the UK, but it may take a few extra hours to appear in the US. Sit tight if you’re across the pond.
Also, remember that you will have until November 2 to claim these games, so don’t forget to add them to your catalog. You might as well!
Our regular poll has determined that you’re not at all enamored with this month’s list, with a whopping 58% of you calling the selection “crap.” Oof, a tough crowd.
Of the games available, 10% of you said you want to play F1 25 the most, even though 76% of you said you’re not looking forward to any of them.
I have to admit, I’m probably not going to bother with this month’s lineup either, especially when there are so many other things to play on the PS5 right now. I might give a little preview of F1 25 at some point in the future – maybe.
Anyway, let me know in the comments section below if you’ve downloaded any of these games yet.
