Official: Bournemouth starting XI against AC Milan
AC Milan head coach Ruben Amorim has announced his starting line-up for the match against Bournemouth, and there are further changes from the weekend.
The 4-0 victory against RB Salzburg a week ago kicked off Milan’s 2026-27 European campaign, following their defeat to Benfica at San Siro in the first round. They followed that up with a 3-2 victory over Atalanta at San Siro on Sunday, although they almost blew a three-goal lead.

So there is an optimistic momentum to this match. However, Bournemouth I also have a little more confidence in myselfafter following a 3-0 win over Sturm Graz with their first Premier League triumph, against Sunderland.
Bournemouth vs AC Milan: official starting XI
Reports had suggested that Amorim planned to do another rotation after making seven changes in Austria, then seven this weekend as well. Samuel Chukwueze and Goncalo Ramos were both injured on the eve of the match, which didn’t help either.
Mike Maignan stays between the posts and wears the armband. Fikayo Tomori, Koni De Winter, Strahinja Pavlovic and Pervis Estupinan are the four defenders chosen, with Mario Gila rested.
A midfield duo of Ardon Jashari and Yunus Musah will operate behind Omari Hutchinson, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Diego Moreira. Alphadjo Cissé – who celebrates his 20th birthday today – is in the lead, after scoring a hat-trick against Salzburg.
Players like Gila, Davide Bartesaghi, Luka Modric, Adrien Rabiot, Christian Pulisic and Francesco Camarda are all able to lend a helping hand from the bench, but the four injuries significantly reduce the depth.
