Police activity leads to earlier lockdown of Santa Fe polling place
SANTA FE, New Mexico —
The police activity prompted authorities to impose a temporary lockdown at a polling station in Santa Fe on Thursday.
An incident and police activity at Santa Fe City Hall resulted in the closure of the county clerk’s office and early voting location at 240 Grant Avenue in Santa Fe, according to Santa Fe County officials.
Officials say no other early voting locations are affected by the lockdown and remained open Thursday.
