Hubba hubba.
Ryan Seacrest, 51, posted what can be called a thirst trap on Instagram on Saturday.
The snap revealed the “Wheel of Fortune” host’s incredibly chiseled torso as he gazed into the sun during a break from a trail workout on his Elliptigo upright bike.
Seacrest also included a short clip of him from behind, looking at the moon, as the camera zoomed in on a muscle flex.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Come on homies @georgiafootball,” he captioned.
Fans were quick to comment, with many taking note of his defined pecs.
One person wondered why they were “so sharp” while another claimed they looked like “diamond cutters”.
Another cheeky user even joked that they could “serve as a sundial”.
Earlier this year, Seacrest’s appearance sparked concern among his followers, with many worrying about his weight.
A source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he “wore and looked fantastic” and that “any story saying otherwise is false.”
We assume Seacrest’s girlfriend appreciates her boyfriend’s sculpted physique.
In August, Page Six exclusively reported that the American Idol host and still single was getting serious with Dutch model Maxime Nova, with multiple insiders revealing their whirlwind romance quickly heated up.
“He’s completely in love with her. And she feels the same way about him too,” a source told us. “They are head over heels.”
According to inside sources, the duo spends as much time together as their busy schedules allow, and those close to Seacrest say the relationship has progressed rapidly in recent months.
The TV personality recently treated the 34-year-old model to an extravagant vacation, taking her on a private jet to meet him on a luxury yacht in the Ionian Sea.
“He just spent a fortune taking her on a romantic vacation for the summer,” our source said. “They are such a gorgeous couple, and it got really serious in a short amount of time.”
Seacrest hasn’t neglected his workout regime while he’s been away, posting videos of himself exercising on a pristine beach.
