Seagate Technology (STX) stock fell in recent trading despite the hard-drive maker’s fiscal first-quarter results coming in well above estimates. The initial response could add to the recent slump at Seagate, which was one of the best-performing AI stocks in the first half. Seagate’s profit jumped 194% to $7.68 per share for the quarter ended in September, the Fremont, Calif.-based company said.
