Sean Strickland posted some very brief, very grainy footage of himself working out on Wednesday.
This apparently showed Joaquin Buckley hitting the ground after charging into a 185-pound king counter.
“Sit down Buckley,” Strickland captioned the post.
“I will say this with all sincerity, I feel bad seeing Buckley fall,” he added in the comments section.
“I’ve told you before and I’ll tell you again if you can give up that bullshit act you’ve been doing and move to Vegas, I’ll teach you how to fight.”
It’s unclear exactly when the sparring session took place, but Buckley confirmed he was the fighter shown hitting the canvas.
“I love it. #NowDoItAgain,” he replied
Strickland turned down Buckley’s coaching offer, suggesting “New Mansa” should take some time off after being knocked out by Mike Malott last month.
“Bro, I think your brain needs a little CTE break,” Strickland replied.
