Sharon Osbourne has revealed she has a permanent indentation on her face following botched plastic surgery.
The music executive and TV personality, who is married to rock star Ozzy Osbourne, has been open about the multiple procedures she’s undergone to maintain a youthful appearance, as well as surgeries that have gone wrong.
Speaking on The Osbournes podcast with her son Jack, Sharon said she had a black line along her upper lip and down to her chin following an unnamed operation, which left her with permanent scarring.
“I have one print left here, all the way down here,” she said, while moving her finger across the lower half of his face. “I think the surgeon left it to his companion to do it. I think he answered a phone call and his companion then (finished the work).”
She continued: “You go, you complain, and you go. And then he starts injecting, and you’re like, ‘What’s in there that you’re injecting me with?’ And he said, “Don’t worry, it’s my special concoction.” It will work! » And it didn’t work.

She added, however, that she didn’t want pity from anyone.
“It’s not like I make a living with my f***ing face,” she said. “I screwed up. It’s my choice. This is what I get.”
Osbourne also said that she deliberately concealed her “wrinkled” arms and that plastic surgery on her face would not stop signs of aging elsewhere.
“You have a face that looks 50 and a body that looks your age,” she said.
Osbourne previously described her 2021 facelift as “the worst thing I’ve ever done.”
She said The times in 2023 that she “looked like a cyclops” after the operation. “I had an eye here and an eye there and my mouth was all crooked, and then I had to wait for it to heal before I could go back and get it corrected.”

In June, Osbourne hit back at criticism over his family’s decision to sell the rights to the likeness of their late patriarch Ozzy – who died in 2025 aged 76 – to an AI company.
“Technology is evolving,” she says. “And I’m sorry to these people. I’m not asking you to come over. I don’t want your fucking money. I don’t need your fucking money. I’m doing really well, actually. For someone to turn around and tell me I’m a money grab? No, you don’t know my husband, okay? I know my husband.”
In September, Osbourne’s daughter Kelly expressed her mother’s support for far-right figure Tommy Robinson.
Kelly was asked about her mother sharing her approval for a “Unite the Kingdom” rally organized by Robinson.
