As much as I love Avatar, I have little interest in racing as voiceless versions against Sonic characters. I have the pass, so I’m sure I’ll try them someday, but that doesn’t motivate me to go back.
I bought the DLC pack on sale, so I don’t regret it, but I would give it a B. The video game characters were a strong point and fit in with the Sonic and Sega cast, but I personally didn’t like the Nickelodeon characters. I’ve played the Nick racing games, so there really wasn’t anything new about having SpongeBob or the TMNT characters again with courses that were pretty much the same as their Nick racing game counterparts. Without dubbing either, they didn’t feel right and I rarely used them. If this game gets a second DLC pass, I hope it contains Sonic characters or other video game properties.
