Filmmaker Guy Ritchie and actor Jason Statham are set to team up again, this time for the stylish revenge action film “Dogfight” on Netflix.

Set in the criminal underworld of London, filming is expected to begin in the UK in early 2027. Ritchie will write, direct and produce, while Statham will star, but plot details are under wraps.

Black Bear Pictures, Ritchie’s Toff Guy Films and Statham’s Punch Palace Productions will all produce the project with the duo alongside Ivan Atkinson and John Friedberg.

Ritchie gave Statham his first film role in “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels” in 1998 and their on-screen collaborations continued with “Snatch”, “Revolver”, “Wrath of Man” and “Operation Fortune: Rose of War”.

“Dogfight” will mark the seventh collaboration. The sixth, action thriller “Viva La Madness,” wrapped earlier this year. Black Bear is distributed in North America and Amazon MGM Studios holds international territorial rights.

Ritchie’s most recent film was “In the Grey,” while “Wife & Dog” is in post-production and is scheduled to hit theaters on February 19.
