“She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022,” she added, saying they found out the shocking news while in a “public place.”

Nika said Nicole, both 35, later discovered she had stage 3 breast cancer which was “very aggressive”.

“She pushed us all to have fun and not live in fear and despair and she even did CrossFit while she was having chemotherapy treatments,” Natalie explained.

“And I remember one day specifically at church; it was shortly after the diagnosis. She was prayed for and God gave her so much peace after that, she said. She said the peace stayed with her for so long. I think that’s what kept her so fierce during that time,” she added.
