The Apple Store collection system for iPhone Duo has just become operational again in the United States and Canada
The ability to reserve an iPhone Duo for pickup at the Apple Store resumed in the United States and Canada between 5:10 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. PT today, but inventory is extremely limited with most stores having no pickup locations available today.

You can check for iPhone Duo availability at your local Apple Stores by going to the iPhone Duo order page, selecting your desired color, storage, etc., and then opening the link next to the “Pickup” option at the bottom. Next, enter your zip code and you can see if any models are available for pickup with a reserved time slot.
Apple Store pickup was offered just minutes after iPhone Duo pre-orders began on Friday, October 16, and the option then disappeared until now.
The collection system has also resumed in Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, Japan, China and some other countries.
Just hours after pre-orders for the iPhone Duo began last week, Apple said demand for the device was “simply extraordinary,” with delivery estimates reaching the end of January. So it’s no surprise that Apple Store pickup locations are hard to find right now. Apple said it was working to meet demand “as quickly as possible.”
Given the scarcity, long lines formed at many Apple Stores around the world on Friday, with some lucky customers managing to get an iPhone Duo without an appointment. If you’re still looking for an iPhone Duo, check Apple’s collection tool often.
