The Google Antigravity Googlebook app arrives on the Play Store

Ahead of the Googlebook launch, Google Antigravity is now available on the Play Store.
Antigravity is Google’s agent-focused development platform, with version 2.0 released at I/O 2026 in May. It serves as a “dedicated mission control to work alongside, direct, and customize agents that operate autonomously in the background.”
After creating macOS, Windows and Linux versions, Antigravity is now available on Android with a native interface. It interacts with the Linux environment available on new laptops. You can “build and deploy apps directly to your Google Book.”
The package name is com.google.android.apps.antigravity and the app is currently on version 2026.09.23.988012583.
That said, it is currently only available on Googlebook OS. The interface can work on tablets and foldable devices, but it’s unclear whether Google designed it for smaller phone screens.
The interface looks similar to other desktop versions, but it remains to be seen whether it will maintain feature parity given how quickly other apps are updated with major features on a weekly basis.
Antigravity on Googlebooks is part of Google’s efforts to make the new platform developer-friendly. You can also simply install the Linux version of Antigravity on Googlebooks, as well as Claude Code and the OpenAI Codex. Additionally, Google announced the ability to install the Antigravity CLI via the Googlebook terminal.
