Soap star Jessica Serfaty told her billionaire ex-fiancé Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio that she was pregnant over the summer – but she wasn’t sure if he or another man was the father, claims the Italian-born Ray-Ban heir.

Del Vecchio, 31, said in an interview with The Post that in August he was lounging on his yacht docked off the Mediterranean island of Sardinia when Serfaty called him from Los Angeles with urgent news.

That call sparked a stampede in which Del Vecchio — whose fortune has been estimated at more than $5 billion — said he chartered private jets to fly Serfaty and a team of doctors to Sardinia for a series of paternity tests, including one aboard his yacht, that ultimately revealed he was not the father.

Although he is no longer in a relationship, Del Vecchio said he and Serfaty slept together in early July in Monaco while staying at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo.

Immediately afterward, Serfaty — who appeared on “America’s Next Top Model” and starred as lawyer Sloan Petersen on “Days of Our Lives” — flew to Rome, where she slept with another man: a liquor business magnate, according to Del Vecchio.

A recording of a phone call between Del Vecchio and Serfaty reviewed by The Post also shows her acknowledging the encounter.

“I had sex with Jessica on July 4 or 5. Then she flew to Rome, apparently to see this guy,” Del Vecchio told the Post. “Then after a month, she told me: ‘I’m pregnant, it could be you or him.'”

These allegations come as Del Vecchio faces allegations that he hired a reputation management agent to wage a vicious smear campaign against his former fiancée, including spreading allegations online that she was a prostitute — accusations detailed in recent investigations by The Hollywood Reporter and The New York Times.

Leaked audio recordings published by The Hollywood Reporter captured a profanity-laced exchange in which a fixer working with Del Vecchio said of Serfaty: “wow, is it going to get nasty for this girl.” »

Serfaty did not respond to multiple requests for comment from The Post, including text messages, emails and a message sent to his Instagram account.

Serfaty publicly denied pregnancy rumors earlier this month, telling Page Six on October 13, “Not pregnant. Certainly not with Leo.”

While they waited for the paternity test results, Del Vecchio said he and Serfaty — along with her ex-husband, Ididia Serfaty, and their son Roman — went to his home in Milan, where they took two additional tests.

A few weeks later, in September, Del Vecchio said he called Serfaty to tell him the results.

“I’ll tell you what’s going to happen — I’m going to Rome on Tuesday. I’m going to take a backup test to make sure you’re not lying to me,” Serfaty said, according to the phone recording reviewed by The Post.

The recorded conversation also shows Serfaty claiming the man offered her $5 million to have a baby with him, even though she said she had no intention of accepting the offer.

“I’m going to abort it, but I’m still going to do a test,” Serfaty said, according to the recording. “I don’t want a child with this guy. I don’t care about the money.”

The current status of Jessica Serfaty’s reported pregnancy could not be known.

Del Vecchio, who denies orchestrating a smear campaign, claims it was Serfaty who publicly attacked him because she was upset by the announced paternity results.

Roman Serfaty, 18, told the Post that his mother was upset by the reported results because “my understanding was that she wanted it to be Leo’s.”

“The moment she found out it wasn’t mine, she went and looked at the papers again and again,” Del Vecchio said. “I never campaigned against her. She did everything to get some sort of publicity, let’s say. She falsely alleged me, damaged my reputation and betrayed me from every possible angle.”

Del Vecchio said the allegations damaged his reputation and complicated business relations between EssilorLuxottica and Delfin, the investment company owned by his family.

He said he hoped the paternity test results would help clear his name, although he declined to specify which business relationships were affected.

Separately, the Del Vecchio family is involved in a bitter dispute over control of Delfin, which received a 30 billion euro buyout offer from Czech billionaire Michal Strnad, according to Reuters.

The ugly argument is the latest chapter in a feud between Del Vecchio and Serfaty, whose relationship has been the subject of celebrity gossip for years. The couple got engaged in 2023, celebrating their romance with appearances at the Met Gala and other glitzy outings.

But the couple fell out in 2024 after Serfaty accused Del Vecchio of mistreating her aboard a yacht near Saint-Tropez. Serfaty said Del Vecchio hit her in the head, while Roman Serfaty, who was present, said his mother broke a vodka bottle over Del Vecchio’s head.

Serfaty quickly recanted her allegations, but later told the Times that she did so because of Del Vecchio’s alleged smear campaign.

Meanwhile, Jessica Serfaty – a former girlfriend of actor Ed Westwick, influencer Logan Paul and One Direction singer Niall Horan – faces new legal problems.

A previously unreleased court filing accuses him of giving his son Roman, then 17, what witnesses believed to be ketamine at an after-party in Los Angeles on his birthday in April. The filing also alleges that months later, she punched him in the back, leaving a mark.

According to the filing, Jessica Serfaty gave Roman and two of his friends a small baggie containing what they thought was ketamine after he asked her for drugs. The filing includes photos of the bag, but the substance has not been independently confirmed to be ketamine.

“She gave him medicine for his birthday,” Ididia Serfaty, a Los Angeles-based biotechnology entrepreneur, told the Post. “It is, I hate to say it, shameful.”

The allegations appear in an October filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court, submitted by Ididia Serfaty and containing statements signed by Roman. The filing alleges that Jessica violated an existing restraining order protecting Ididia and Roman from alleged abusive behavior.

“You came back for about three to five minutes and came back with a small baggie, which we thought was ketamine,” Roman told his mother, according to a transcript of a phone call included in the filing.

The filing also states that Roman reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department in October. The status or existence of a police investigation could not immediately be known.

Jessica Serfaty denied giving her son drugs, according to the transcript.

“The only time I heard my son ask for drugs was one time, and he said it was for a friend, and I never gave him anything,” she said.

Jessica Serfaty was also accused in the filing of hitting Roman in the back in August, leaving a “large red hand-printed welt.” The incident happened at Del Vecchio’s home in Milan while the group was waiting for the results of the paternity test, Ididia Serfaty said.

In a text message exchange included in the filing, Jessica Serfaty appeared to admit to slapping her son, saying he had behaved in a threatening manner toward her.

“The boy deserved a slap after he bowed to me like he was going to hit me!!! A pregnant woman!!”

Del Vecchio, a nightclub owner in Milan, made a surprising statement about his sex life during a podcast interview in October.

“I can say I’ve probably had sex with over 2,000 women, and I won over over 90 percent of them by singing ‘Hero,'” he said, apparently referring to the 2001 hit by pop star Enrique Iglesias.
