Tobey Maguire celebrates his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer’s wedding in Hawaii to Geoff Ogunlesi
Jennifer Meyer married Geoff Ogunlesi in a romantic ceremony on a Hawaiian island, with her ex-husband Tobey Maguire officiating.
The couple got married at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai this weekend.
Meyer and Maguire’s two children — daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17 — were also part of the wedding — as well as Meyer and Ogunlesi’s newborn baby girl, who they welcomed in May.
Meyer wore a strapless white wedding dress and a long veil for the outdoor ceremony, while Ogunlesi looked dapper in a black suit and bow tie.
Maguire, dressed in a suit and tie, looked animated as he presided over the ceremony, at one point holding up papers while pointing his finger straight up.
Star guests included Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, model Vittoria Ceretti, Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sánchez, Courteney Cox, Kate Hudson and her fiancé Danny Fujikawa, and Rachel Zoe.
The nuptials come just days after the famous jewelry designer, 49, officially divorced the “Spider-Man” star, nearly 10 years after their initial split.
“The judgment of dissolution is entered,” state documents obtained by Page Six earlier this month. “The marital or domestic partnership status ends and the parties return to single status. »
The former couple went through a “bifurcated” divorce, meaning they still have issues to resolve as part of a broader resolution to their affair.
Meyer and Maguire initially separated in October 2016 after nine years of marriage and two children.
Meyer has previously spoken candidly about the difficult task of co-parenting with the movie star.
Although it was “a lot of work,” she said during a 2022 interview on “World’s First Podcast,” she ultimately called their breakup “beautiful” and said it was “the most beautiful experience” of her life.
“It was a choice, and it was trusting, like the universe had our back,” Meyer explained at the time. “But let me tell you something, work is a motherfucker.”
She also said she “would do anything in the world” for her ex-husband.
“I can’t even explain it,” she said of their bond. “He’s my brother. I love him to death.”
Meyer joined Ogunlesi in the summer of 2023.
In November of the same year, they made their red carpet debut, posing arm in arm at the Baby2Baby gala.
The couple got engaged in August 2024, with Meyer showing off an impressive sparkling diamond in a flirty photo with Ogunlesi to share the news.
“YES!!!” she captioned the upload. In the photo, Ogunlesi wrapped his arms around her as they stood next to a candlelit table.
The couple welcomed their first child together – a baby girl whose name has yet to be released – earlier this year.
“A perfect month with our perfect baby girl. We love you the most @geoffo212 💫 Happy Father’s Day ♥️,” she wrote in a June Instagram post showing Ogunlesi holding their baby.
