Travis Kelce shows support for Taylor Swift at the 2026 MTV VMAs with a cute social media move

Travis Kelce showed his support for his wife, Taylor Swift, after attending the 2026 MTV VMAs solo on Sunday night.

Several eagle-eyed Swifties noticed that the Kansas City Chiefs star “liked” two of Billboard’s Instagram posts about the “Bad Blood” singer arriving on the blue carpet at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

Kelce, 36, wasn’t at Swift’s side when she won the inaugural MTV VMA Artist Director Honors.

The tight end and his teammates took on the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, winning 24-10.

The pop star, also 36, stunned in a shimmering backless Tamara Ralph Couture gown, featuring a dark-colored velvet bodice and an asymmetrical draped silver crystal mesh skirt.

Actress Dakota Johnson presented Swift with the Directors’ Honor Award, with the singer saying she was grateful to MTV for giving its platform to music videos “so long ago.”

“I started making and being a part of music videos 20 years ago, and since then I’ve been involved in directing 60 music videos, about 60 of them – 18 of them I wrote and directed, and I really enjoy writing and directing music videos,” she said on stage.

“The main reason I love writing and directing music videos so much is because you, the fans, make it so much fun,” she added.

“You make it so rewarding because you actually care about what we’re doing. So I want to thank everyone who’s ever worked on a music video that I’ve been able to be a part of. I’ve learned something from every person I’ve worked with.”

Swift also debuted her new music video “Patient Zero,” featuring Johnson and Colin Farrell, at the awards ceremony.

The “Cruel Summer” singer and Kelce tied the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The power couple started dating in 2023.
