Trump rejects Iranian proposal to reopen Strait of Hormuz and restart peace talks

President Donald Trump Saturday rejected Iran’s latest proposal to end the war, a plan that Tehran said included reopening the Strait of Hormuz and resuming peace talks within seven days.

“I reject their proposal,” Trump told reporters as he boarded Marine One before a trip to Tennessee.
