Trump says Putin will export diesel to lower prices

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to supply diesel fuel to the global market, President Donald Trump said, a move that could lower prices somewhat but would effectively align Washington with Moscow and against Ukraine and its bombing of Russian energy infrastructure.
