Trump sends $500 ACA refunds and letter promoting his record

The Trump administration on Wednesday began sending $500 rebate checks under the Affordable Care Act to nearly a million Americans in 30 states, two administration officials said Thursday.

The discounts came with a letter from President Donald Trump touting his record, said the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss administration policies.
