VisionQuest Episode 3 Clip Teases Twisted Family Dynamics as New Poster Hints at Ultron’s Plan
The first extract from episode 3 of VisionQuest“Reboot”, has been revealed, and it finds Vision trying to calm down a very curious and understandably angry Tommy Shepard.
Complicating matters is the fact that a killer drone is zeroing in on their location; there’s also the small matter of the AIs in Vision’s head making their opinions known. EDITH, Dum-E and U appear, as does Ultron, still sarcastic (with a killer line about why Dum-E is his “favorite”).
Marvel Studios also released a new poster for VisionQuestalluding to Ultron’s influence on his son. There may be no conditions on himbut it certainly seems like he’d like to attach some to the synthezoid that resides in the body once supposed to be his.
The second episode of the Disney+ series showed a particularly brutal side of White Vision, which Paul Bettany addressed during a recent interview with GamesRadar+.
“When we find Vision, his memories have been restored, but he seems unable or perhaps unwilling to attach feelings to them, and I think that’s a really human thing to do.” explained the actor. “It was funny to think he was frustrated because I don’t think we’ve ever seen that.”
“I think we saw Vision being quite measured and contained, and seeing him get angry in a yes, ruthless way, but also later in a funny and frustrated way with potentially his son in a situation that we would all recognize, like a father teaching his son to drive or whatever, just really frustrated at them. It was really fun to play or have all these new experiences for Vision and his different sides.”
